our training

BTC aims to bring talented runners in the city together to train as a team as much as possible. The training is designed to help runners peak for certain key races throughout the year that the whole squad will target, while maintaining a high level of base fitness so that athletes can also prepare for individual goals in their own racing calendars. 

You do not need a membership or to be a member of any particular club to train with us. If you aren't sure if our sessions are right for you then please get in touch. 

We meet regularly on a Tuesday evening at Whitehall Athletics Track at 6pm for group warm up, ready for session start at 6.40pm.

NB: We are not an affiliated club or official organisation, we are simply a group of athletes who train together. Therefore, you are responsible for your own safety and well being at all times during training sessions. This includes being responsible for knowing your own limitations and training within them and only training when you are fit and healthy enough to do so.
